Bodybuilding e fitness: sono diversi?

La tua massa muscolare sarebbe enorme, solo per poter competere in diverse competizioni o mostrarla sui social media e costruirci una carriera.
Se ti consideri un fanatico del fitness, non preoccuparti della frequenza con cui fai sesso. Puoi farlo quanto vuoi, con la frequenza che vuoi.
Tuttavia, se la definizione di bodybuilding ti convince, continua a leggere, perché abbiamo alcune informazioni interessanti per te.
Quindi, quanto sesso è considerato eccessivo per i bodybuilder?
Il tuo corpo ha bisogno di testosterone per sviluppare i muscoli a un ritmo più veloce. Allo stesso tempo, hai bisogno di testosterone anche per dare il massimo a letto.
In media, il corpo impiega circa 24-48 ore per recuperare il testosterone perso dopo l'eiaculazione. Quindi, se fai sesso oggi e ti alleni dopo 5 ore, i tuoi muscoli non cresceranno così tanto. Tuttavia, se sei un bodybuilder, ogni singolo sorso di testosterone è importante per te. Quindi, non è consigliabile fare sesso lo stesso giorno in cui vai in palestra. Ma, essendo un bodybuilder, probabilmente vai in palestra 6 giorni a settimana.
Pertanto, consigliamo di fare sesso solo 1-2 volte a settimana.
Questo ritmo darà al tuo corpo tutto il tempo necessario per recuperare il testosterone necessario per costruire massa muscolare . Allo stesso tempo, è sufficiente per tenere sotto controllo i tuoi desideri sessuali.

Un consiglio: non reprimere troppo i tuoi desideri sessuali.
Se eviti di avere rapporti sessuali più frequenti solo perché vuoi aumentare la massa muscolare, non lo stai facendo nel modo giusto!
Il tuo corpo ha bisogno di mantenersi in condizioni ottimali per sviluppare i muscoli. Se ti stai astenendo dal sesso, è probabile che il tuo corpo soffra di stress fisico. Dopotutto, il sesso è come cibo per il tuo corpo: è una necessità fondamentale.
Quindi, non tirarti indietro se sei sessualmente più attivo. Fai sesso quando ne hai voglia, ma evita di farlo troppo spesso.
Considerazioni finali
Il tuo corpo ha bisogno di testosterone per sviluppare i muscoli e per avere prestazioni ottimali a letto.
