Donc, si vous avez des rapports sexuels aujourd'hui et que vous vous entraînez 5 heures plus tard, vos muscles ne se développeront pas autant. L'impact ne sera pas trop important, c'est pourquoi cela n'a pas d'importance pour les personnes normales qui s'entraînent simplement pour rester en forme.
