Si vous vous considérez comme un passionné de fitness, ne vous inquiétez pas de la fréquence de vos rapports sexuels. Vous pouvez en faire autant que vous le souhaitez, aussi souvent que vous le souhaitez.

Alors, quelle quantité de sexe est trop importante pour les culturistes ?
Votre corps a besoin de testostérone pour développer ses muscles plus rapidement. De plus, vous en avez également besoin pour être performant au lit.
En moyenne, votre corps met environ 24 à 48 heures pour récupérer la testostérone perdue après l'éjaculation. Donc, si vous avez des rapports sexuels aujourd'hui et que vous vous entraînez 5 heures plus tard, vos muscles ne se développeront pas autant. L'impact ne sera pas trop important, c'est pourquoi cela n'a pas d'importance pour les personnes normales qui s'entraînent simplement pour rester en forme.
Cependant, si vous êtes culturiste, chaque dose de testostérone compte pour vous. Il est donc déconseillé d'avoir des rapports sexuels le jour même où vous allez à la salle de sport. Mais comme vous êtes culturiste, vous allez probablement à la salle six jours par semaine.
Nous recommandons donc d’avoir des rapports sexuels seulement 1 à 2 fois par semaine.
Ce rythme donnerait à votre corps le temps de récupérer sa testostérone pour développer vos muscles . En même temps, il suffirait à maîtriser vos désirs sexuels.
Mais ne vous retenez pas…
Un conseil : ne retenez pas trop vos désirs sexuels.
Si vous vous abstenez d’avoir des rapports sexuels plus fréquents simplement parce que vous voulez développer vos muscles, vous ne le faites pas correctement !
Votre corps a besoin de rester dans un état optimal pour développer ses muscles. Si vous vous privez de relations sexuelles, votre corps risque de souffrir d'un stress physique. Après tout, le sexe est comme de la nourriture pour votre corps ; c'est un besoin fondamental.
Alors, ne vous découragez pas si vous êtes sexuellement plus actif. Faites l'amour quand vous en avez envie, mais évitez d'en faire trop souvent.
