Esto generalmente se realiza a un ritmo acelerado para sacarlo lo más rápido posible antes de que un miembro de la familia comience a golpear la puerta exigiendo que se acabe el tiempo. Muchos innumerables quedan derrotados, desinflado con una fuerza de energía acumulada-que a veces, sigue siendo un arma cargada a punto de estallar.
Algo está mal. La magia del cuerpo humano debe explorarse sin fin. Como un viajero o descubridor de nuevas fronteras, el amor propio debe ser apreciado y celebrado, alentando actuaciones prolongadas.
Este es el comienzo del viaje para comprender realmente su yo adulto y su conectividad simultánea de mente y cuerpo. ¡No se puede apresurar!
Sin embargo, culturalmente nos roban nuestra evolución hacia la pubertad. El peligro es que esto puede comenzar a fusionar un patrón de repetición al sentir la necesidad de apresurar la experiencia del sexo o el placer propio cada vez. Para muchos, este patrón continúa durante toda una vida.
Mira nuestra cultura actual. Por lo general, nunca anunciaríamos nuestras necesidades de placer propio de la misma manera que expresamos nuestra necesidad de almorzar. Sentimos pena por los solteros en el mundo que no tienen socios, por lo tanto, es posible que no estén siendo satisfechos adecuadamente. Cielo fore oferta si nuestros padres y/o abuelos se encuentran golpeando la carne. Y claramente no queremos que nuestras hijas e hijos pequeños hagan actos promiscuos bajo sábanas adhesivas. ¡Pero aguante la prensa! Demos un gran paso atrás.
Se dice que si no puedes amarte a ti mismo primero, nunca podrás aprender a amar a los demás. Creo que esto es cierto tanto mental como físicamente.
El proceso de aprender a amarse a sí mismo primero debe comenzar con la comprensión de cómo funciona cada parte de su cuerpo.
