Your body needs testosterone to build muscles at a faster pace. At the same time, you need testosterone to perform in the bed, too.
On average, your body takes around 24-48 hours to regain the lost testosterone after ejaculation. So, if you have sex today and go to work out after 5 hours, your muscles won’t grow that much.
