3 Ways to Move on After a Breakup
Whether you've decided to walk away from your relationship, or you just got dumped, break ups hurt - even when you know they're for the best!

1. Say yes to social situations
Breaking up with your significant other can make you feel like calling out of work, crawling into bed, putting on a sad movie, and crying all day long. Alright, you are allowed to do this for about a week, but seven days is the max!
After that, it's time to get back on the horse, so to speak. Say "yes" to going our with your friends, invite a few people over for a dinner party, walk around downtown... Just get out of the house and meet people that make you feel good.

2. Block them on social media
