Who will deliver my order?

We use the power of the UPS huge fulfilment network which means we can give you one of the best shipping services available.

Your package will be delivered in plain packaging which means it is very discreet.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your order, therefore we're not able to change or cancel your order once your purchase has been confirmed.

Can I change my delivery address?

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

I have a problem with my delivery?

If you're having issues with your delivery, then please check the status of your order by using one of the below methods:

Check the tracking link or tracking number we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.

Sign into your bed geek account https://www.bedgeek.co/account and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

Something is missing from my order?

At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order.

Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent.

If you have not received your full refund after 5 working days, then please contact our ukhelp@bedgeek.com

Why has my order been cancelled?

There are various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our help@bedgeek.com who will be happy to assist you further on this issue.

Can I track my order?

Yes. 

Check the tracking link or tracking number we sent in your despatch email to view the latest tracking information.

Sign into your bed geek account and check your order history or simply use the track my order link to see the latest update of your home delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

Next Day deliveries will be made the next day if your order has been placed before 1pm. Please note the exact delivery time can vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check with your neighbours to see if the courier has left the parcel at their house, also check any safe areas that the driver may have left your parcel, such as the garden shed or porch.

Before contacting us please check the tracking link we sent in your despatch email to view up-to-date tracking information.

If you still can't find your parcel or want an update on your order, then please contact uk@bedgeek.co quoting your order number.

I’ve received the wrong item?

If you have received the wrong item, then please refer to our returns section which will assist you in getting this issue resolved.

I have a faulty/ damaged item?

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please use the returns form to ship back to us. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange including postage costs.

Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?

If you've not had a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it's not in there.

Please note that once your order has been placed, we're not able to resend your confirmation email. To check that your order has been received, login to your account on the bed geek website, then go to the orders section of the 'My Account' area.

What happens if I’m not in when my order arrives?

All UK home delivery orders under $100 do not require a signature on delivery. If your order is under $100, our carrier will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your delivery address if you are not in. This may include leaving your order with a neighbour or leaving the parcel in a safe place.

All UK home delivery orders over $100 require a signature on delivery by default, however you can amend this protocol by responding to our carrier's text message and choosing the option appropriate for you. To benefit from this service, please provide us with your mobile number at the checkout.
