Some Buy with Prime orders are eligible for return. To start a return, view your order status from the link in the email you received after you placed your order. You'll be able to begin the return process and print a USPS return label. For eligible orders, you will receive a full refund as long as the returned items are in resellable condition and returned within the return window. Yes, you must be a Prime member to purchase products using Buy with Prime on BedGeek.com. When you click on the Buy with Prime button, you will be prompted to sign in to your Amazon account, and your order will be processed using your preferred payment and shipping information stored in your Amazon account.

To initiate a return for an eligible product purchased using Buy with Prime, click on the link in the order confirmation email to go to your order details page. From there you will be able to select the item(s) that you want to return and print a return shipping label. Then drop off your package at your local USPS location. Note that Buy with Prime purchases cannot be returned using other carriers besides USPS and may not be dropped off at Amazon locations such as Amazon Lockers, Whole Foods, or Amazon Go. You can verify the return eligibility of your purchase by visiting the Return Policy.

For eligible orders, you’ll receive a refund once the item is dropped off and scanned at a USPS location. Otherwise, the refund will be processed once the item is received and reviewed at our fulfillment center. It could take up to seven business days for the refund to show up in your account.

DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered by USPS for standard shipping. Your package will be delivered in discreet packaging.

Once your order has been confirmed we are unable to change your delivery address due to security reasons. We advise that you make sure all details are correct before processing your order.

Standard delivery is a home delivery which is usually made within 3-4 days of your order being placed.

Standard home deliveries are usually made within 2-3 days of your order being placed.

Next day deliveries will be made the next day if your order has been placed before 11AM. Please note the exact delivery time can vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date then please check with your neighbours to see if the courier has left the parcel at their house, also check any safe areas that the driver may have left your parcel, such as the garden shed or porch.

All UK home delivery orders under £100 do not require a signature on delivery. If your order is under £100, our carrier will choose the most appropriate delivery method for your delivery address if you are not in. This may include leaving your order with a neighbour or leaving the parcel in a safe place.

All UK home delivery orders over £100 require a signature on delivery by default, however you can amend this protocol by responding to our carrier's text message and choosing the option appropriate for you. To benefit from this service, please provide us with your mobile number at the checkout.

ORDERS

We're pretty quick at picking and packing your orders so please email us as soon as possible and I'm sure we can help.

At certain times we are unable to send all of the items that you have ordered. If this is the case, we will send you an email letting you know of any items that are missing from your order.

Please note that we will provide a full refund for any items that have not been sent.

There are various reasons as to why your order might have been cancelled. Please contact our help@bedgeek.com who will be happy to assist you further on this issue.

If you've not had a confirmation email, then please check your junk mail folder to make sure it's not in there.

Please note that once your order has been placed, we're not able to resend your confirmation email. To check that your order has been received, login to your account on the bed geek website, then go to the orders section of the 'My Account' area.

RETURNS

If you have simply changed mind and the seal is not broken on the outer packaging you can return back to us for a refund or exchange up to 30 days after purchase.

If the seal is broken and the product is not faulty I’m afraid for hygiene purposes we cannot accept a return of your order.

If the seal is broken and your product is faulty you can return this back to us for a full exchange. All bed geek products are covered with a 12 month warranty.

If you have received the wrong item, then please refer to our returns section which will assist you in getting this issue resolved.

If an item arrives damaged or faulty then please use the returns form to ship back to us. We will then send the item to our inspection team who will assess whether a manufacturing fault is present, then depending on the results offer a refund or exchange including postage costs.
